Trolley Lift and Transport, Without the Manual Effort.

The Sherpa Flexfork is a versatile AMR that autonomously lifts and transports trolleys using a single robust fork. 3D LiDAR, 2D LiDAR, and camera fusion deliver dynamic obstacle avoidance and AI-driven pallet and trolley detection — the robot finds, lifts, and moves loads without fixed infrastructure or floor markings.

Designed for warehouse staging, replenishment, and returns workflows — the Flexfork handles up to 500 kg (1,100 lb), turns in place, and fits through 1.2 m aisles. Swappable lithium-ion battery keeps it running across multi-shift operations.

Sherpa Flexfork autonomously transporting a trolley in warehouse environment

Built for Trolley-Based Workflows.

AI Pallet & Trolley Detection
On-board AI identifies target pallets and trolleys without fixed infrastructure. The Flexfork approaches, aligns, and lifts with position accuracy of ±30 mm and ±3 degrees — no floor markings, no custom fixtures.
3D LiDAR Obstacle Avoidance
3D and 2D LiDAR paired with camera vision provide dynamic obstacle detection. The robot adapts to changing floor conditions and people in the aisles without stopping operations — even in twilight or dark-mode environments.
Natural Navigation
No reflectors, tape, or infrastructure changes required. The Flexfork maps facilities using existing features and operates in any lighting condition, day or night.
In-Place Turning, 1.2 m Aisle Clearance
Zero-radius turning enables the Flexfork to maneuver in tight aisles, staging areas, and confined workspaces — requires only 1.2 m (47 in) of aisle width to operate.
Swappable Battery, Multi-Shift Operation
51V NMC Lithium-Ion battery delivers 8 hours of run time and recharges in 2 hours. Swappable design keeps the robot productive across extended shifts with minimal downtime.
Industry 4.0 Ready
Integrates with Factory MES, WMS, and ERP systems. OTA software updates and remote diagnostics via the Ati Fleet Manager platform keep the fleet current and visible from a single interface. Supports VDA 5050, fleet analytics, and scheduling.
Manual Override
Full manual control available when workflows demand direct operator intervention. Seamless hand-off between autonomous and manual modes keeps operations flexible.
ISO 3691-4 Safety Compliant
Certified for autonomous vehicle operation in manufacturing and warehousing environments — covering risk assessment, safe stopping, and zone-aware navigation in spaces shared with people.
